Murph is coming!

I hope everyone had a great holiday! New Years Eve 12/31 we will have one workout at 9:30am MURPH. Murph is a hero workout:


-1 Mile Run

-100 Air Squats

-200 Push-Ups

-300 Air Squats 

-1 Mile Run 


You can partition it anyway you like. You can do a Half Murph if you want too or a Partner Murph too.


We will be closed New Year’s Day and will reopen to normal schedule Jan 2nd.
