About the event
Six-Week Strength Program for Athletes
We are excited to introduce a comprehensive six-week strength training program designed specifically for athletes. This program focuses on enhancing strength while also prioritizing injury prevention. Coached by Ivan at ATI Performance Training, this program promises to deliver high-level training that athletes won't want to miss.
Program Highlights
Duration: Six weeks (4th of July week off)
Frequency: 1 session per week Wednesdays at 1pm
Coach: Ivan, a highly experience strength training coach
